Profile
Dr. Jiawei Liu obtained her B.E. degree with first-class honor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in 2017 and Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2021 from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Then, she conducted postdoctoral research in Nanyang Technological University and Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore. From April 2024, she is appointed as a Research Assistant Professor in the Energy Institute and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at HKUST. Dr. Liu’s research interests focus on the synthesis of novel inorganic nanomaterials for applications in catalysis and energy storage.
